When it rains in Sydney our garage floods and without any ventilation our items stored in there were getting moldy. Jake and his team did a great job of sealing internal and external pipes to hugely reduce the flow of water into the garage and they put in ventilation so there is better airflow and as a result less mold. I highly recommend Jake and his team. We are already working with Jake on another house improvement!
